Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Açaí Coffee (CAPYBARA BEVERAGES)

  • 200ml vanilla-flavored milk

  • 1 tablespoon açaí pulp (pure or sweetened)

  • Caramel sauce (for garnish)

  • Ice cubes (optional, for the iced version)

Preparation Steps

  1. Prepare the coffee

    • Brew a strong cup of espresso and set it aside. For a milder option, you can use filtered coffee.

  2. Warm the milk

    • Heat the vanilla-flavored milk in a saucepan until warm, but do not boil. For a creamy texture, froth the milk using a milk frother.

  3. Mix the açaí

    • In a separate cup, mix the açaí pulp with the espresso until smooth.

  4. Assemble the drink

    • Pour the warm milk into a tall glass or mug.

    • Slowly pour the açaí-coffee mixture over the milk to create a layered "macchiato" effect.

  5. Finish with caramel

    • Drizzle caramel sauce over the top for garnish. To add a gourmet touch, create patterns or stripes with the sauce.

  6. For the iced version

    • Fill a glass with ice before adding the liquids.
