Ingredients
1 cup of Açaí Coffee (CAPYBARA BEVERAGES)
200ml vanilla-flavored milk
1 tablespoon açaí pulp (pure or sweetened)
Caramel sauce (for garnish)
Ice cubes (optional, for the iced version)
Preparation Steps
Prepare the coffee
Brew a strong cup of espresso and set it aside. For a milder option, you can use filtered coffee.
Warm the milk
Heat the vanilla-flavored milk in a saucepan until warm, but do not boil. For a creamy texture, froth the milk using a milk frother.
Mix the açaí
In a separate cup, mix the açaí pulp with the espresso until smooth.
Assemble the drink
Pour the warm milk into a tall glass or mug.
Slowly pour the açaí-coffee mixture over the milk to create a layered "macchiato" effect.
Finish with caramel
Drizzle caramel sauce over the top for garnish. To add a gourmet touch, create patterns or stripes with the sauce.

Fill a glass with ice before adding the liquids.
