Ingredients
2 tablespoons açaí coffee (instant or brewed)
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
200ml milk (or plant-based milk for a vegan option)
1 tablespoon açaí pulp (pure or sweetened)
1–2 teaspoons sweetener (optional, such as honey, sugar, or maple syrup)
Ice cubes (for the iced version)
Whipped cream and cocoa powder (optional, for garnish)
Preparation Steps
Prepare the açaí coffee
If using instant açaí coffee, dissolve 2 tablespoons in 100ml of hot water. For brewed açaí coffee, prepare as directed and set aside to cool.
Mix the cocoa
In a small bowl, mix the unsweetened cocoa powder with a bit of warm milk until it forms a smooth paste. This prevents clumping.
Combine the ingredients
In a blender, combine the prepared açaí coffee, cocoa paste, açaí pulp, milk, and sweetener (if using). Blend until smooth and frothy.
Serve hot or cold
For a hot version: Pour the blend into a mug and serve immediately.
For an iced version: Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the blend over the ice.
Optional garnish
Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder for an indulgent finish.
